Account deletion

Permanent removal of your CB IELTS profile and practice data.

We are sorry to see you leave. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Please read the steps and outcomes below before you continue.

How to delete your account

1 Log in to your IELTS CB Test account.
2 Go to your Dashboard.
3 Open Account Settings.
4 Click Delete Account.
5 Confirm by selecting the agreement checkbox.
6 Click Delete My Account to finish.

If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting our support team via the Contact page.

After your account is deleted

Your profile and personal information are permanently removed.
Your login access is disabled.
Mock test history and progress data are erased.
Saved results and performance reports are permanently deleted.
Active subscriptions are canceled; payments already made are non-refundable.

Important

Account deletion cannot be undone.
Limited information may be kept where the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting when possible.
