1. Introduction

Welcome to IELTS CB TEST (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), accessible at www.ieltscbtest.com. IELTS CB TEST is a web-based Computer-Based IELTS mock test platform. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

  • User / You / Your – Any individual accessing our website
  • Services – Web-based Computer-Delivered IELTS mock tests and related digital features
  • Account – A registered profile required to access the Service
  • Subscription – Paid access to the platform for a limited duration

3. Nature of Service

IELTS CB TEST provides online Computer-Based IELTS practice simulations only. We are:

  • Not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge
  • Not an official IELTS test center
  • Not responsible for official IELTS exam registration

Our platform is designed strictly for practice and exam familiarization purposes.

4. Eligibility

By using our Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old
  • You provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You agree to comply with these Terms

5. Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree:

  • To keep your login credentials secure
  • Not to share your account access with others
  • Not to use another person’s account
  • To notify us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse or suspicious activity.

6. Use of Platform

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute mock test content
  • Record or capture test materials for redistribution
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the system
  • Use automated tools or bots
  • Disrupt website functionality

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Payment

Access to premium features requires full payment through our official payment channels.

Access Duration

  • Access begins after payment confirmation
  • Subscriptions remain valid for the selected billing period

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Full steps are in section 8 below.

Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information and timely cancellation. IELTS CB TEST is not responsible for:

  • Failed cancellation attempts due to user error
  • Incorrect account or payment details
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before renewal

8. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your current package will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Two Easy Ways to Cancel Your Subscription:

1 From IELTS CB TEST Website (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your account at https://ieltscbtest.com
  2. Go to My Account → My Subscription
  3. Click on Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS

2 From bKash App

  1. Open your bKash Mobile App
  2. Go to Subscriptions
  3. Find IELTS CB TEST subscription
  4. Select Cancel / Stop Subscription
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Cancellation stops future charges only. You keep access until the end of your paid period. No refunds for partial use.

9. Refund Policy

If a customer accidentally makes the same payment more than once for the same order or subscription, the customer must contact us through our official phone number or any of our available communication channels and provide the necessary payment information for verification.

Once the duplicate payment is verified, the additional/duplicate amount will be refunded within 3 working days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on IELTS CB TEST, including:

  • Mock test materials
  • Website design
  • Branding and logos
  • Interface layout

are the exclusive intellectual property of IELTS CB TEST. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS CB TEST shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary website downtime
  • Technical errors beyond our control
  • Data loss caused by external factors
  • Differences between our simulation and official IELTS exams
  • User mistakes during test attempts

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

12. Website Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update these Terms at any time
  • Modify platform features
  • Discontinue services
  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
